• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Offensive or hateful content based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or any other category
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or activities against national security
• Discriminatory or exploitative content targeting vulnerable groups
• Illegal, misleading, defamatory, or actionable content
• Content that infringes individual privacy
• Any communication that may harm children/clients or damage the reputation of Branded SMS Pakistan
All account activities are logged and deemed to be the responsibility of the account holder. It is the responsibility of
the user to keep login credentials secure and ensure that the account is not used by any unauthorized person.
At the time of account creation, the OTP will be sent to the registered email address only and not to the mobile
number. Clients are advised to use the company’s official email address during account creation, as the registered
email address cannot be changed afterward.
Masking Rules
• SMS Masking can contain a maximum of 11 characters
• Spaces and special characters are not allowed
• Masking approval may take up to 30 days
• If the masking is already registered with another vendor, the same mask may not be available for registration with us
• In such cases, minor modifications to the mask name may be required for approval
Masking charges are one-time only and the cost is PKR 5,000.
Changes & Amendments (Cost & Taxes)
on amounts already paid by the client.
Applicable taxes will be charged as per company policy.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
